So then, I went inside the museum for a tour but they were offering a free tour which was basically just walk around some panels and read them or the premium tour....video presentation, a tour guide and 2 sample beers and all of that was for 500yen...yup so not a hard decision haha The tour guide lady, Mai Yamazaki, was very nice and was always handing me the English versions of the things that she was talking about, our group was less than 10 people so hopefully it wasn't troublesome. After the tour ended , we ended getting our samples with a small bag of nuts or wasabi flavored nuts and it went well with the beer. And beside me was a guy nice enough to translayesome parts she was explaining as she was showing us the perfect way to enjoy/ pour a Sapporo beer from a can to a glass where we end up with 60 beer: 40 foam to get the best results. After everyone left, I went to get myself a 3beer deal for 600yen which were all good. And the person who was translating joined me to drink some beer also. His name is King and he is a chinese, born in Hawaii but lives in Japan and speaks very good Japanese haha way better than mine. So I had the opportunity to converse with him and in the end I ended up drinking like 11 beers total 😂 They were tasty I can say ( happy canada day haha)
After the beer run, I headed towards Odori park, there was supposed to be an underground mall sort of thing and I got there but was disappointed, not what I expected. It covered maybe more or less a Km but maybe less. What I ended up doing was eat haha so it had a good part to it at least. After getting food, I went straight for Mt. Moiwa and that was a good 6-7 km walk but enjoyable because I was seeing part of the city.
After the long day, I took a tram train because I didn't want to walk at least 12 km back to the appartment haha and it dropped me off close to the Sapporo station and from there I walked back home, to finally give a rest to my feet...wooo
